The technician, Roncarlos, was fine. He did an excellent job. I do not like the automat service required to make appointments. It is much too difficult to get to a human.

Honestly I wish all the service reps were like him. He was so kind, sweet, respectful, honest, and easy going. He made the service plesant and enjoyable. Wish he could come and service our Fridge.

Luigi did an outstanding job fixing our refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem during his initial visit, ordered the parts and then fixed the problem on his subsequent visit. He was very personable and we thoroughly enjoyed the time he was here.
