The actual work went well. The technician installed the dishwasher panel and booted it up after checking that it was running. Professional! On a previous service regarding replacement of my refrigerator, I was required to pay $100 twice! I would appreciate someone looking into this and remitting $100.

My sceduled w appointment were preventive maintenance checks on four appliances. Patrick was very courteous and professional. Patrick discovered that my freezer needed the attention of a repair tech. He was kind enough to schedule a repair appointment on my freezer which saved my having to call Sears.
