Rancarlos is knowledgeable and professional. I had problems with trying to understand the woman on the phone; English is not her first language, but Rancarlos knows how to fix refrigerators. I'll never by another LG fridge again and can hardly wait to dump mine.

Great, all the way around. Would definitely call again for further issues. Had questions over the phone. That could not be resolved because there is no person to talk to. Your menu has recently changed. Did not address any of the issues I had?
