Tech called in advance and gave us a window as far as when he would arrive. He was very precise in his arrival time. He was courteous and professional. He explained in detail what service he was performing on our refrigerator. He answered every question clearly. His bed side manners are exceptional. Sears is fortunate to have him as a tech.

The technician, Roncarlos, was fine. He did an excellent job. I do not like the automat service required to make appointments. It is much too difficult to get to a human.

Honestly I wish all the service reps were like him. He was so kind, sweet, respectful, honest, and easy going. He made the service plesant and enjoyable. Wish he could come and service our Fridge.
