Patrick was 5 star. Friendly and worked quickly. Communication with Sears Home Services I would rate lower given it was impossible to reach a human to discuss anything related to my order and when you are spending $300 on a repair I think it’s important to be able to ask questions.

The technician, Bernardo, was great. Bernardo is 5 star. Very friendly and helpful! However, I would not recommend the Sears Home Services Protection Plan. Their customer service is horrible.

The guy sent out to us was TOP NOTCH! He inspected our dryer. Not only gave me the options, but e.x.p.l.a.i.n.e.d. them in "idiot speak" to me. I was able to make a VERY informed decision at that point. Not saying your experience will be the same, but ours was great.
