We requested repair service for our washer to diagnose water leak that irregularly appeared several days after use. About a cup or two amount of water had to be soaked with a rag along the left side of the washer. The leak could not be diagnosed/corrected and appeared again two days later after the washer was used. Very frustrating!

I was able to get an appointment on short notice and the tech showed up on time, however was my able to find the source of my fridge shorting out, so I paid the fee and still have a broken fridge. No solution
