Choice Home Warranty - We were quite impressed that you found a company available (Sunday) for the following day on Monday! HVAC Serviceman - We were scheduled for an 8-12 appointment. The computer called to inform us a time change to 8-10. He didn't not arrive until about 130. No explanation, no apology. Once here, he took about 20 min to assess, repair, and was ready to leave. Very fast and, I assume, efficient. Impressive! He was not a people-person but he knows his stuff! We are quite pleased with 100° weather coming a few days. Thank you! John Kendall Central California
