The repair guy was nice but they didn't fix the issue. The fridge had an electrical fire and was full of smoke and said there was nothing wrong with the fridge. Not a great repair experience. Hopefully my insurance will let me use another company.

Worst service- they came out 3 times and always ordered the wrong parts. We had an appointment scheduled for the 8th and they no showed. Then told our warranty company that the job is complete- yet my fridge is still broken. I understand why Sears filed bankruptcy-

Awful. I’d give them negative stars. 6 times they rescheduled the repair of my washer the day of. I took 6 half days off work for no reason. Then today the 7th time, they were scheduled they no called/no showed. 7 half days off work. At the point I could’ve purchased a brand new washer. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this company (contracted out by American Home Shield) is dog water.

The tale of the 0 star review. My LG refrigerator went out and I files a claim with the warranty company I purchased a plan from. This is one of the companies they contract through for repairs. So far they have canceled my appointment 3 times over the past month. My 4th appointment was scheduled for today between 8 and 12. They continued to update the schedule as time expired on the original time frame and then each subsequent time frame there after. They never showed up, which makes this the 4th canceled appointment. To add insult to injury I started to recieve emails showing a repair quote, then reciept, and lastly a request to review my technicians performance during my repair which is strange considering he never showed up!!! This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with a repair company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I really do feel that 0 or negative stars should be an option when doing this type of review!!!!! You guys suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No no technician show up since June it is June 25 today and nobody show up my first appointment which was June 14 June 21 and not either 25th. I don’t recommend it. they not really reliable I cannot trust them anymore. American Home chill in Sears Repair anymore the professionals.
