Very happy with my service today. They came out last week diagnosed and ordered the parts. Came back today and my refrigerator is back to normal. My technician was friendly ,knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. He called me to update me on his whereabouts and what time he would be here and was very professional both in person and on the phone. Would definitely recommend the Sears repair team!
