Michael did a great job of installing the new door and mother board but just like I stated for Juan: The door is higher than the other side now and the waterlines were too short so he did his best to make it work but there is protruding conduit and visible water lines that were not visible before. Also the I’ll just get most of the above addressed when I schedule our annual maintenance towards the end of the year as this took seven trips to fix so I have been worn down unfortunately. The leaking water dispenser I will get scheduled as soon as I can as it leaks whether it’s set to ice or water.

Personally I don't know how they work, but my mother was looking for somebody to fix her washing machine and so I was looking for a repair person. I've heard good things about them so we are interested in what they had to offer.

This has not been a good experience. They’ve sent two people out. I’m trying to follow up on the status of ordering my part. I cannot get through to talk to anybody. Your AI service is very rude and does not redirect you appropriately. There’s some issues with your system and you need a better way of communicating with people or at least give a phone number that you can talk to someone because your IA is very rude about that and very condescending. I’ve never experienced that with all the AI that I work with every day. My Repair has not taken place yet Even after I’ve had two people come out to visit and there is no current status of my report

Service tech is a liar. Waited all day for them when they were supposed to be here in the morning just for them to take a picture from across the street and say we're not home. Never even came to the door.
