THO PERFORMED ROUTINE CLEANING MAINTENANCE ON OUR WASHE AND DRYER. MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE DETERMINED THAT OUR REFRIGERATOR NEEDED A LEFT DOOR SEAL STRIP HEATER TO PREVENT MOISTURE CONDENSATIONS FROM OUR HOME HUMIDITY. WE CALLED SEARS HOME SERVICES WHO SCHEDULED A KENMORE REFRIGERATOR TECH TO RESOLVE THE HUMIKDITY CONDENSATION ISSUE BETWEEN 1-5 PM ON 07/31/25. THO DETERMINED THAT THE REFRIGERATOR WAS OPEATING NORMALLY, BUT NEED THE SEAL STRIP HEATER TO RESOLVE THE CONDENSATION ISSUES. WE GIVE "THO" A #5 PERFORMANCE THANK YOU!!!! Great Customer Service from Jose. We use to have a home appliance repair warranty. Their service people were Rude, Not Respectful of us the customer and provided POOR Service. I cancelled them and called you.
