The technician contacted me prior to his arrival to verify the information regarding the repair. Upon his arrival he quickly explained the work to be done and costs. He quickly went to work and was done in less than half an hour, as expected. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. He and the service he provided are well deserving of 5 stars.

Very bad the technician before today messed up my freg as it is NOT Working at All. And he was VERY Rude, left today without fixing my freg. I had to make another appointment for tomorrow. I have No food as I don’t have freg for the past 5 days and Sears doing nothing about it. I’m so disappointed to signed up for this plan with Sears😤

Very pleasant and kind tech. Showed up on time and was able to fix my dryer! He even checked on what I had paid and confirmed I will be receiving a $25 credit! Love Sears because everything was so easy to get done!
