Although the scheduling system has time discrepancies on the initial repair visit showing the appointment to be at 2am, once the technician connected the info was more accurate with the appointment link

Went online and set up appointment with my Sears insurance through cinch. Couple days later Wendel came over and inspected my refrigerator. He vacuumed out under the front, i had already vacuumed out the under back side. He took some temperature readings, and after inputting the data, figured out, it was likely the thermostat defrost and defrost control, and he ordered them and we set up another appointment in a week. The parts hadn't yet arrived, I looked online and saw they would be here before 2 days. Rescheduled and Adam arrived yesterday. Emptied the freezer, he steamed the frost out and replaced new for old parts.. He told me to keep an eye on it for the next couple weeks, and if it's continuously running, to call back as some other part will also need replacement. The fridge is cooler but i'm waiting to see if it gets cool enough. Both technicians; Wendel and Adam were nice people that seem to know what was needed.
