Great Customer Service from Jose. We use to have a home appliance repair warranty. Their service people were Rude, Not Respectful of us the customer and provided POOR Service. I cancelled them and called you.

He was efficient. Knowledgable. and capable. Excellent employee. The AI usage by Sears is ridiculous;. They need to have customer service people available. This will be their downfall. You can never reach a person to answer a question - tell them your part did not arrive, etc.
