This was the second time we had been having issues with our refrigerator leaking water. Enrique came out the second time to fix it and pointed out an error the previous tech had made. Enrique was very knowledgeable about how to maintain our fridge better. Since there are always things that the maintenance contract does not cover. I appreciate him taking the time to explain to me why the fridge was leaking water. Especially in terms I could understand. I wish all the techs where more like him. The fridge is now fixed and working with no leaking.
