The technician Martin was amazing!! Very knowledgeable regarding the repair of our washing machine. Sears sent a previous technician out 5 days before and he was mediocre to say the least. I’m being kind by not mentioning his name. Martin made up for the previous blunders. Thanks Martin for your expertise and professionalism.

Our technician was awesome! Finally 1 (out of all 5!) that knows what he’s doing!!! This entire process took 4, YES FOUR, MONTHS! Technician GREAT! Everyone else I’ve dealt with needs to be TRAINED OR FIRED! Again, TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TODAY & FIXED WAS AWESOME!
