He was efficient. Knowledgable. and capable. Excellent employee. The AI usage by Sears is ridiculous;. They need to have customer service people available. This will be their downfall. You can never reach a person to answer a question - tell them your part did not arrive, etc.

Service tech was excellent, customer service/access is lacking. I had an appointment window 8-12 but there was no communication or ability to speak with a customer service rep to get a status on tech arrival. Tech arrived around 1:30 pm. When I tried to call to get a status on tech arrival the automated system was not able to provide status and did not give me an option to speak with a live person, very frustration. The tech did call when he was 20 minutes out but before that we had no idea if service call was still good. The tech was very good, pleasant, very knowledgeable and resolved our freezer problem in one visit. Biggest problem is status and communication.

The last technician (3rd attempt) was good and resolved my problem, but Jose was NOT knowledgeable and wasted two business days of me staying home from the office. Also, I wasn’t happy with lack of communication regarding schedule. I asked for 8-12pm, but technician didn’t arrive until 2pm!

The first repair man never showed up and never called so I had to use a sick day to reschedule for the next day. I was quoted about $600 to repair my dryer. I decided that was too much. My dad found the part I needed on Amazon for $8 and installed it himself! So I’m not too happy with sears right now.

It took a whole week to get the necessary parts. It is near impossible to get hold of human customer service rep. The technician is fine but over all service including parts order and scheduling need a whole lot of improvement. We survived without the refrigerator over a week.

I had to take time off of work to be available, yet my technician did not show up in window, but I was scheduled for later. Still never showed past 6. I cancelled my AM plans, and he never showed up in the 8-1 window. Then we have an appointment. The teens were home. The man fixed the dryer! (Yeah!, but he did not replace the broken lint collector.) This creates a fire hazard so I would like him to follow up with the replacement parts. We called and he ordered the needed parts and now our dryer is in working order! It was a process but I am grateful to have our dryer working again. He did a nice job in the end and came as scheduled and confirmed. We like having Sears Home Service!
