Unfortunately Emmanuel forgot to attach a zip tie to a pressure hose so when I went to use washing machine right after he left it flooded our entire laundry room, kitchen and adjoining closet.he swore he would make sure we would get help the next day and i stead he didn’t not do what he said he would and we can’t get help. Don’t ever buy any thing from Sears or an extended warranty from them. I have a valid warranty for this machine and they will not honor their commitments to service or warranties and you will be left with nothing and no way to remediate, or get ANY HELP FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

Today I had a Sears tech come out to fix my washer on 4/30/25 because it was leaking when it rinse. So the tech, Jose Ramos came to my house & talked to my husband and told him the problem and proceeded to order parts and said he couldn’t because my warranty was expired, which it’s not. So he documented that he was unable to get in the unit and reach anybody after he just talked to my husband. Lies and more lies he just didn’t want to do the job I guess. So I have to reschedule someone to come and fix my washer.

I wasted a whole morning waiting for the technician to arrive on 3/22 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and service did not arrive. I am really busy and cannot afford to waste time. The technician did arrive today.

Jose was great! But, this problem was created by another Sears technician who serviced our ice maker 10 days ago. Jose said that because it was a recall, we owed nothing. Read Jose’s note on the work order. Worse, the problem is not permanently solved. I had to reposition the rail spring 2 hours after Jose left our house. Moreover, this appointment was supposed to have been on January 3 (yesterday) but your tech Enrique called to say he didn’t think he could make the appointment window. In short, Sears service deserves the one star rating given.

This was the 5th service call and my washer still is not working properly! Five service calls for the same problem!! This will be #6 when I call to make another appointment!! I'm not going to say who, but repair persons need to use the restroom before he gets to my house.

This so called home service is a total fraud. I've been paying but can't get anyone to come to my home and provide me with that service that I'm paying for. I have argued, cussed, and totally lost my temper on many occasions trying to get a repairman to my home. I am told that the bid is out and no one is responding to the bid. But that doesn't help with solving the problem. I was even advised to find my own repairman to complete the job they are being paid for. When I queationed this and my reimbursement for finding a repairman, I met with no answers by them. I did find someone to complete the job. It took one hour and I happily paid him to accomplish the job. I've worked hard for my money over the years. I purchased this agreement to lessen the possibility of a large appliance failure or replacement cost. Now I'm faced for paying on my own and paying for Sears. Talk about a scam. I can't be the only one going through this. So customer service, if you're reading my complaint, let's see what you can do about this....

Not helpful at all. Tech came in, saw no error codes (but didn't actually check error logs), recommended I replace the water pump and buy the Sears warranty to fix it, and bad-mouthed the product brand (GE). Total waste of time and money for something that I had already done myself

Guy was here 20 minutes and gave me a quote of $349. He said he had to defrost the Frigidaire water tube. He did nothing except entering info into the control pad. I approved the large amount because I was led to believe he was going to take the ice maker apart. I paid for the repair with my credit card, but he said it would be out for 24 hours. I asked him how to prevent it in the future, he said I can't. I asked what we can do if it happens again, he said nothing. So, every time it happens another $349. I was ripped off and I think this was a scam. He led me to believe he was going to do something more than just push on the control panel. Very deceptive and I am disputing the charge through my credit provider. I will never use Sears for anything again. What a rip off.

Disaster. After 2 months, 7 repair visits, 5 different repair technicians, 5 orders for new parts, Sears still can't repair or replace a washing machine under their Master Protection Warranty Agreement. Customer service nonexistent, inexperienced repairmen, constant run around and no decision makers/managers available.

Very bad still not working. Nobody is answering the phone, after half hour ringing.
