The technician did a great job. My only complaint is when you call, you are talking to people in India! My washer is 3 years old and I have had 5 service calls. Thank God I have a warranty. I wish Sears would make their products in America!

Arturo was a pro. He came and checked out our washer drainage issue and gave us an estimate within 10-15 minutes. He had the washer water pump part in his truck and replaced the malfunctioning part, tested, and put everything back in order. The best money I've spent in a while. Hopefully, the washer will last another 8 years. As for the work warranty, 30 days is a bit stingy, but in no way reflects the technician's work or skill. Sears needs to rethink their service policies. I hope that their service policies don't reflect how they treat their employees or customers as a corporation.
