Michael was very knowlegable and helpful. Had great customer service and was very nice and polite. Not only did he help with our issue but gave us great advice on how to maintain and keep up our refrigerator. He was excellent!

Howard was a great technician. He was able to diagnose and isolate the issue for immediate repair. We use Sears repair for all our appliance issues. They have not failed us yet. I wish I could say the same about our appliances!
