Michael was amazing! His technical skills and ability are outstanding and superior to any other technician we have ever encountered. He analyzed the entire machine before making a decision as to what the problem was. He was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable about how the machine and its processes worked. He then explained it in a layman’s language that we could understand. Thank you Mike for your hard work and dedication to excellence.
