Salvador R. was prompt, friendly, and efficient, and that’s what my rating reflects. The change to mostly AI management has me on the edge on canceling. It’s maddening and provides absolutely terrible customer service. You used to be better than that.

Mike was awesome. He checked out the problem. He showed me what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. He was patient with us as we worked the issues to pay the bill. Dyer is good as almost new!

Service technician was on time and provided updates prior to arrival. Was personable, courteous and efficient. Problem was resolved in approximately 30 minutes, which brings us to the only negative aspect which was cost. Original minimum service call estimate was for $134 which would be applied to any repairs completed. I had provided what I believed to be the issue based on my troubleshooting. Repair consisted of removing and cleaning mower carburetor, which resolved issue. No parts were required and bill still ended up being $319. $185 additional charge seems excessive considering no parts were required and repair was completed in approximately 30 minutes.

Would not explain anything. Show up 4 hrs late when called on the way he asked if I was still here. When go out to his van he would leave the front door wide open even after I asked him not to.
