He showed up between the time that was scheduled. He was very good in troubleshooting and replaced the part that was broken in a timely manner. Very good experience working with him. Highly recommend to other customers.

It was a pleasure working with Michael. He informed me that the parts were not available & completed the necessary paperwork to get a replacement. I received an email one day later saying they will contact me in 3 business days with instructions to fulfill my replacement. Thanks again, Michael, Your prompt action is greatly appreciated. Very happy with the quality of service i received from Javier with Sears Appliance Repair. So far so good! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 This is 3rd time repairing the same issue (squealing rotars). Used a different repair service the first two times. First time using Sears.

Michael is amazing! There was a particularly challenging part of the repair which he handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency to make sure all of our staged freezer food stayed at least 90% frozen - an awesome feat considering we don’t have AC! Michael always has a smile on his face with a gentle attitude and very experienced knowledge!
