Mike came out within 2 hours after setting the timeframe of 1-5pm for the service. After talking about the issue over the phone, he came out to see if repairs could be made before ordering parts which would have been around $450. He worked on the door and was able to make the repair without for only $165 and gave us tips on how we can do some of the maintenance on the unit ourselves. Really appreciate him helping us so quickly on a Friday and would highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair to anyone.

It took 2 weeks for Sears to visit twice and repair the refrigerator. The technicians were great, but overall communication with our Home Warranty wasn't very good.
