We have a Master Protection Agreement (MPA) for our Bosch Washer and Dryer. Sears sent out a technician in early December that had no idea what he was doing and it was determined by another technician that the steaming "Fresh Up" function was not working. Two months later and 10-15 calls from me and we were being offered a replacement dryer or cash offer, but it turns out that parts started showing up 2 months after we were told they were obsolete. Roger came out today and did a great job !! I would avoid Sears for anything Bosch and their Customer Service Ctr does not follow up on anything !! A much as I hate to say it, but buyer beware of a MPA from Sears.

The technician didn’t show up until 2 hours after the projected window with no communication and no way to get ahold of a person. He tried to tell me that the issue was something that wasn’t broken.

My A/C is NOT fixed and the tech closed out the repair request but told me that he needed to order another part and would be back. The Home Warranty company that contracted this terrible company is escalating but from their end it shows as resolved. I tried to contact Sears but there is no one to help, only AI that says I need a new authorization. The tech lied! Nothing is fixed and now I have to start over while we are in a heat wave and my household is melting.

The Technician didn't do any repair, he said that it doesn't work because we use to much laundry soap, he just recalibrate the washer machine but it still dont even start a cicle

Almost 2 months and 4 different repair guys couldn't fix my kenmore refrigerator, on top, they I had to get every replace part need it...until today, I have no refrigerator !!

Techs who don’t have a clue what they are looking at. Poor company that looks for any reason to deny a claim and not pay out. I had my HVAC system serviced and the tech completely missed a leak and left trash in my hallway when he left. Avoid this company like the plague

I have asked for another tech. 3 visits, dishwasher is still in the same condition. Leaking water on my wood floor . Motor is running with no water present in the dishwasher. Please notify warrentee team.
