the service was great and quick. David came at same day. he was able to find the problem and fix it within an hour. he was very respectful to the fact that my son was sleeping in another room and worked quietly. I have never used Sear before but I will look to them again in the future. thank you

Everything is working now, after three trips out to fix it, so THIRD TIMES A CHARM! The only negative I have to say is how many times they call you with their AI to tell you the same thing…they’ll be there when….someone needs to be 18 or older…blah, blah, blah. Every 15 minutes until the technician arrived 🤦🏼♀️
