Same repairman came for both the initial visit and afterwards to install the new circuit board, he was fast professional and checked his work many times to ensure he wouldn't have to come back again.

Michael was very knowlegable and helpful. Had great customer service and was very nice and polite. Not only did he help with our issue but gave us great advice on how to maintain and keep up our refrigerator. He was excellent!
