Sears reps & technicians are great! Sears AI & technical/computer is horrible. Jose came & fixed my washer today. He has been here a few times & he is patient, understanding, very knowledgeable & does his job very well. My washer is like new again after he repairs it! I would like to share my horrible experience with ur new system. Your system canceled my appts 4 times. My window each time was 1-5. The third time I called into Sears to make sure your reps saw me on the schedule. I called at 10:30-11 your rep sees me on schedule. Called again at 1:09 and your rep still sees me on schedule called again at 3:30 to find out I was canceled again. I did not cancel any of my appts. I know the reps did their jobs, confirmed all phone #s & email. Your reps… Mia, Katie, gunner, Luther, Forest… and a few more were all very patient & understanding & put in proper info for my appt. Call & talk to Samantha/AI…. I went in circles with this one. Get a txt yesterday n day before from Richard/AI … confirming home info, what problem is with washer … Thought I was for sure having someone out today. Only to find out I was canceled AGAIN! I waited a total of 24 hours … 4 days… Jose came out & I couldn’t be happier to see him! Keep humans on board … your AI/computer system is going to lose you money, customers (I have been your customer for yeeeeeears) and your business if you let AI run your system. It clearly SUUUUUCKS
