These guys are the best. We loved the old sears repair guys and the warranties, but they went away for a while. We used geeks squad, independents and another whole house warranty, but they were all terrible. When we saw sears was back up we signed up and the old repair guys were still there. Fantastic service and great cost. Mike is the best of them all
