After numerous other technicians attempted to repair the problem with my refrigerator Michael is the tech that got the job done. He was very detailed and really researched the issue with my appliance. He also explained the process to improve the function of my fridge. Michael is a wonderful asset to your company....very professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful for the positive experience I had.

The technician did a great job. My only complaint is when you call, you are talking to people in India! My washer is 3 years old and I have had 5 service calls. Thank God I have a warranty. I wish Sears would make their products in America!
