Arturo was a pro. He came and checked out our washer drainage issue and gave us an estimate within 10-15 minutes. He had the washer water pump part in his truck and replaced the malfunctioning part, tested, and put everything back in order. The best money I've spent in a while. Hopefully, the washer will last another 8 years. As for the work warranty, 30 days is a bit stingy, but in no way reflects the technician's work or skill. Sears needs to rethink their service policies. I hope that their service policies don't reflect how they treat their employees or customers as a corporation.

Ricky was very professional and courteous. He called to confirm the service this morning and he also called again when he was on his way. He did what I would expect from a service provider. Not all are like him Really appreciated his timeliness and service.
