Very happy with the quality of service i received from Javier with Sears Appliance Repair. So far so good! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 This is 3rd time repairing the same issue (squealing rotars). Used a different repair service the first two times. First time using Sears.

Michael is amazing! There was a particularly challenging part of the repair which he handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency to make sure all of our staged freezer food stayed at least 90% frozen - an awesome feat considering we don’t have AC! Michael always has a smile on his face with a gentle attitude and very experienced knowledge!
