My experience with Sears Service could not gave been better. They covered all the bases. I was able to schedule an appointment with a Technician, David, the following morning. David called before he arrived to tell me his ETA. We discussed the problem and the purpose of the appointment. He gave me excellent advice based on his 40 years of experience. He quickly and carefully completed the job. It was a pleasure working with him.
