We are so glad we called Sears to help us with our washer and dishwasher. Artur allied me prior to arriving and was very professional when we worked on our appliances. We will definitely call Sears and ask for Arturo to come back when we need help with our appliances.

The first big atta-boy was that I was able to get an appointment immediately. I received several texts and emails to confirm my appointment and was able to use their online tracker to get a smaller window for arrival time. Michael arrived in a service van that appeared to be very clean and well maintained. He was professional in appearance, wearing a company uniform and was beyond polite, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. He took the time to investigate options, which we greatly appreciated. The service price was very fair and I truly appreciated being able to enter my own credit card information using a link that he texted to me. We've used Sears' repair services for years and will continue to do so.
