Overall rating

Victor was great: efficient and knew what to do to fix my refrigerator. However the scheduling was horrid. Two missed scheduling windows. He is overbooked and was hours and hours late!

The technician was polite and seemed to be efficient, but after he left my home and I tried to use the DW the same problem happened: Dishwasher does not empty all the water out. I have to make another appointment. This will be the 4th time I've had to have a technician out without any success. Salvador came back, worked on the problem again. DW seems to be working consistently now. Salvador was still polite and patient! Thanks to him.

Roger, the technician, was friendly and informative. I appreciated what he tried to do. Unfortunately he determined that the 2001 Kenmore Elite gas dryer had a circuit board failure. He could not find a replacement. Sears needs a more intelligent way to pre-diagnose issues. Collect model number and symptoms upfront then give a caveat if the unit is too old. I didn't get any value for the money spent to have the technician come out and tell me he couldn't do anything. Not a good way to create a favorable reputation if you want to stay in business for long.

We have a Master Protection Agreement (MPA) for our Bosch Washer and Dryer. Sears sent out a technician in early December that had no idea what he was doing and it was determined by another technician that the steaming "Fresh Up" function was not working. Two months later and 10-15 calls from me and we were being offered a replacement dryer or cash offer, but it turns out that parts started showing up 2 months after we were told they were obsolete. Roger came out today and did a great job !! I would avoid Sears for anything Bosch and their Customer Service Ctr does not follow up on anything !! A much as I hate to say it, but buyer beware of a MPA from Sears.

The Technician didn't do any repair, he said that it doesn't work because we use to much laundry soap, he just recalibrate the washer machine but it still dont even start a cicle
