Almost 2 months and 4 different repair guys couldn't fix my kenmore refrigerator, on top, they I had to get every replace part need it...until today, I have no refrigerator !!

Techs who don’t have a clue what they are looking at. Poor company that looks for any reason to deny a claim and not pay out. I had my HVAC system serviced and the tech completely missed a leak and left trash in my hallway when he left. Avoid this company like the plague

I have asked for another tech. 3 visits, dishwasher is still in the same condition. Leaking water on my wood floor . Motor is running with no water present in the dishwasher. Please notify warrentee team.

Rude, unprofessional. Mark M. Showed up with an attitude. He doesn't like his job. He was sure the motor needed to be replaced before checking the machine. After working with my machine and getting it to complete a wash. He informed me it needed over $800. In repairs. He was upset that questioned his diagnosis.

Took one of the parts with him and refused to put any parts on the refrigerator. Told me he's not the man to say the refrigerator needs to be replaced but I have to call the insurance company about that. This has been an ongoing issue for a year and a half now with this refrigerator. I have hot milk for my grandbabies again and this is just not OK stuff I need this refrigerator replaced not sure what I have to do or who I have to talk to, but I will figure this out. All of your people blame each other for it never getting fixed. Can't call anyone at your company cause there's no phone number to call someone terrible service terrible company.

Called for them to call check my firdge. Diagnostic Fee is $130. Tech came, said I needed a new compressor, total cost for them to come including the part was about $1200. I agreed. He said 2 weeks because it was back ordered. We agreed. 2 weeks pass and it gets pushed another week. This is 3 weeks without a fridge. And all of this no emails nothing. I call to cancel it because it is too long and it can still be pushed further out. Finally get to talk to a human and not an AI. They tell me they are charging me $1100 for the labor. WHAT LABOR? I only got the diagnosis from them!! No one ever came back to fix the fridge with the new compresor. Why would I get charged?! Ridiculous. And all of this you add the fact that it is nearly impossible getting a human on the phone and for the AI thing to take your email right. Stay away... Just buy a new machine from Costco and they will haul away.
