Sears gave a ridiculous estimate of $400 labor just to replace my freezer door switch. It was an easy 10 minute fix, parts about $20 but I just didn’t have the time to do it myself. They quoted me $469 dollars and said it might take a week before the part comes in . I declined the service and they took my $129 diagnostic fee, which by the way, I pointed door switch to the technician myself after he was checking the refrigerator for about 20 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Absolute highway robbery!

He told me onething and reported something else to Choice Home Warranty He indicated that there is a broken wire which was most likely chewed by a rodent We had the attic inspected by a professional and they found no traces of rodents

Wouldn't listen to me telling him what's wrong and what's going on. Kept talking over me. Told him ice maker also not working, he blamed it on currier problem even tho I told him ice maker broke a week ago. He kept saying that the upper one wasn't working because of main issues with cond. fan. He asked to get paid I put card down and said I wanted his bosses number he didn't like that and started to leave. I DIDN'T REFUSE SERVICE, like he put on receipt. I did use language he didn't like and was upset that he wouldn't listen and walked out when I ask for bosses info. Told him to get out of the house if he wasn't going to do anything. We both aren't innocent in this bit he was out the door just for being asked for bosses info. Told me dears would not be back as he is a supervisor or something to the effect the he was in charge of making those decisions. IC been on hold to your offices now for an hour

He never showed up nor called, and somehow, I got a text saying my job was completed. When I called back "customer service" is a mockery, transferred 4 times, all international places and the promised re-scheduled appt was never done. It took 3 appointments, over 10 phone calls to get them to send someone from a different company. I cancelled Sears, Customer service is at its worst!!

Ronald was very rude. He gave us 2 different reports on the same item and when we asked for another technician he showed up and was very rude.
