Fidel is excellent pr for his company! Very considerate, apologized for being a few minutes off schedule (not worth mentioning, given the four-hour window Sears provided), asked good questions & listened to answers, explained the problem clearly & concisely with photos. Also explained why he could not completely fix the problem, what he could in fact do, & provided an estimate for the very expensive repair that might be needed if i wasn't satisfied with what he was able to do for the pretty old freezer. thank you so much for sending him.

Fidel was pleasant and did a good job. Your email system and phone service organization is a minus 10. Whoever set up the phone and email system did a terrible job The phone and email system is confusing and inefficient. I will not renew my policy due to it.
