Jorge was fine, but was unable to check the condenser because moving the refrigerator was a two man job. We want two men to come again and finish the job.

Moisture is still coming out of the dishwasher. The wrong parts we shipped out. I would like another appointment

He took the washing machine apart said he would order parts and leave it dismantled.....parts would be 3 to 5 days ....then we asked him to put it back together that we would use it the 5 days while we wait for parts .....he then said he would check his truck ....miraculously finding parts ....and he fixed it ..... This was a bit scetchy ...because if we didn't ask him to reassemble it ...he would have never checked for parts ...which he had and we would have been without a washing machine ....this is not very honest....most technicians take apart the product....check their truck for parts ...then tell the customer they need to order ....it felt like he wanted to get out with out fixing it

Customer service
It is terrible that no real person can be spoken to. For as long as Sears has been in business one would think quality still matters! My aunt worked her whole life at Sears. I used the Sears catalog to buy my school clothes. Very poor customer service now. I want to be able to get my needs met by a person who is present not just make or cancel an appointment

Refrigerator repair
Technician great Service very poor don't show up or call to say not coming without refrigerator for 3 weeks very poor service

No show again-3 times running
We have been waiting 7 months now trying to get a Samsung washer fixed. Techs have been out & have replaced most all parts, but they say they are not authorized to say its not repairable. 3 no shows of me waiting all day for an 8am-12pm window to arrive. The last time I got a notice 10:26am he was on way. That night after 7:00 pm I got a call he would not be able to make it. Then two weeks later, a now show again. Now on the dryer, Christmas eve & an appreciated call around 10:26 am to say he had two stops before me, so obviously into the afternoon if he would even show, so I said forget it. We were leaving for out of town family get together. I just want to move on & need info of how to start a partial refund. I went out & bought a new washer. Plus, I'm stuck with an old washer.

Problem is not fixed
The technician was polite but he did not fix the problem of pooling water.

Mike did a great job checking out my refrigerator for the annual maintenance. However, he did not remember being here and ordering parts for my microwave. You canceled my microwave repair and I am not happy with you. I'm quitting you.
