He fixed the problem right away and was a pleasant person. The company said the appointment was somewhere between 8 and 12, and he called and asked if 12-1 would be okay. It was. I had asked for someone to come between 8 (I was ready) and 10 because musicians were coming at 10. The company is NOT GOOD about setting a time. What a waste of time for me.

Michael was wonderful - fast and efficient!! Note: Part needed arrived two weeks before service appointment - tried to reschedule for an earlier day/time. Was a maise of inefficiency between LG and the Sears Technicians - very poor service.

Julio arrived as scheduled. He was very pleasant, performed some diagnostics. His device found the necessary replacement part but also let him know that the part was no longer available. When he left, I went online and immediately found it on the Sears Home Services, Parts Direct site. I have ordered it, it should arrive on Sept 16 and I will schedule with you for installation, since I paid for that service today.
