Dishwasher and refrigerator
My wife and I are so thankful with Mike he showed professionalism, courtesy, and very knowledgeable of his work. Sears is lucky to count with staff like Mike.

Teddy communicated his arrival time and arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He tested the temperature of freezer and fridge, he pulled it out and vacuumed back and front. We were disappointed that he didn't have a brush to more thorough clean the coils.

My appointment was for 8-12. Looked like 11:00 am until he was held back at another location. Arrived at at 2:50 pm. Immediately diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the replacement part is no longer available. Shared some advice on trying to get a little use until it can be fixed or replaced. Appreciate that..

Installed new part on clothes washer. However it still leaks near where the part was installed. Have to make a new appointment and wait a week at best.

First off, the repair tech Julio did a great job of fixing the washer. My problem is that I first called Sears to fix the washer on June 11. The washer did not get fixed until August 15th! We were without a working washer for over 2 months! If Sears needs to hire more repairmen...they better do it. Sears used to have the best in industry repair services and I have been loyal to Sears for over 40 years...and their repair services were a large part of my loyalty. They have obviously been fading to the bottom for a while, but this is the last straw. I will never buy another Sears appliance or sign up for another Sears repair agreement. Game Over
