Romel is excellent. He came from two different problems and resolved both in great ways. I do have complain. I was informed by app that he will come between 8 and 12, but Romel's schedule was between 1 and 5. We had to make our morning free but Romel came at 3. No way to talk to anyone at A&E in person to resolve such issues. I strongly suggest you coordinate app better and have a way to talk with someone live when needed.
