Dryer Repair.
Jorge arrived on time and greeted himself at my garage entrance with kindness. He assured he would do his best in troubleshooting and repairing my gas dryer. I left him do his thing. He called me over to the laundry room and told me the issue and repair cost. He had the part on his truck and completed the fix and completely cleaned the entire inside of the dryer. There was a lot of stray lint everywhere inside. Great job. Jorge verified the fix with me and was able to pay over my phone. Nice. The entire fix and clean all was accomplished in an hour. 5 Star rating goes out to Jorge.

Jorge was fantastic, but First American and Sears service (the automated text, email ) is crap. You said a "virtual technician " or a live one would. Nobody ever contacted me. Then after waiting five hours ( for a 4 hour window) I called First American to complain. It was only then did we hear from Jorge. Any way he performed his job just fine. The entire other part needs lots tune up!!

The worse part of this maintenance appt was the scheduling of the appt. which rates a -1 STAR. There is absolutely zero customer service when you continually talk to an automated voice and having to press 1 for yes and 2 for no. My appt was scheduled for 8:30 am to12:00 noon. This is the time I made available. at 12:00 noon I get a call from a live agent saying I would be seen at 1:00 pm. At 1:00 I get an automated message saying that I will be seen at 4:30. Sears kept putting new people in front of my time and delaying Jorge from seeing me at my scheduled time. It was extremely frustrating dealing with the Automated Service and not speaking to a live agent. How does Sears stay competitive with this customer service?
