When I call Sears for service on my washer or dryer I always hope they send Francisco. He is just wonderful with the service he provides. Knows what the problem is and is very efficient. Just a very nice man. You will never be sorry if Francisco shows up for your repair

If it's not because of Gagik, we'd still be w/o our fridge. After 4 wks, 5 chats with customer service and 2 chats with parts team, we finally got our fridge up and running again; these 2 depts were no help. Cust serv gave us the runaround, and parts team just want to sell new parts instead of trying to help us find the backordered parts. Gagik was so helpful. We were lucky to have him back for the repair. He was quick and efficient. He made sure everything was running fine after ther repair and answered all of our questions. He worked with us to make sure we don't overpay. Really good human being!
