We had a number of go-arounds with our dryer, waiting for and replacing parts. This was because a part would fail with all other parts still working, and when the failed part was successfully replaced, another would fail. When the third one was replaced, it was Francisco that came to the rescue because in that case the new part did not solve the problem. Instead, he came quickly to the realization that there was probably a fourth part in the bottom of the machine that was causing the third failure, not the third one on top. When the fourth part was awaited and replaced, we finally had a working dryer. Thank you Franciso!
