While I was very happy with Amner's professionalism and knowledge, I remain continually disappointed by what Sears chooses to cover or not cover. In my experience with this warranty, it's worked to Sears' advantage EVERY time in leaving me with only partially- or un-repaired appliances. Amner is great. The warranty feels almost completely worthless.
