Checked the ordered parts on arrival. Explained what is going to be done. Requested towels for keeping the floor clean from any runoff water from the dishwasher. Finished on time and left the place tidy with all used parts put away as trash.

Technician was great. He gets 5 stars. Customer service only gets 1 start. The repair to my dishwasher took over 2 months. They canceled my appointment 3 times without notice. I would not consider working with this company In the Future. There is no direct number and cancelation notice gets send really late and after the day of the appointment.
