Great technicians and charming humans
Sloan and the trainee, Alexander, were delightful. They were so clear about how they analyzed the problem and that the cost to repair was greater than the value of the microwave. Marvelous service. I was disappointed the microwave could not be fixed but impressed with the professionalism.

Estimate on repair of LG refrigerator
Teddy is great and explained everything clearly the problem with my LG linear compressor. It is too bad that even the conpressor is under a 10-year warranty. I was advised that I have to contact LG directly , in order for him to repair my LG using authorized part approved by LG in advance. Crazy thing happened with LG warranty !!!!
