Three different technicians have evaluated the problem with the refrigerator and only Christoper E got it right. The problem is Sears Home Repair Services is stalling the process of providing a reasonable solution to not being able to replace the thermostat, because the the thermostat is available, but expensive in the refurbished 2nd market. Sears Home Repair Service should pay for it and repair it, instread of getting bad exposure of Myself having to go through the CA Insurance claim route. Pay the part or give me a wholesale discount through your Built-in Refrigerator distributors to buy a new one. I do have a General Contracting License. Do something because this problem has ben on going for months. Your Agreement Benefits department is not properly compensating a product replacement for me and it is time to file a complaint, and I do not want to do that. Case# 8023701.Order # 000818413375364.
