Lorenzo is great! He was calm, understanding, and very knowledgeable about our dishwasher. After 3 appointment no-shows, from previous repairmen (from Sears), Lorenzo arrived at our door. We explained how irritated and disappointed we were in Sears Appliance Repair system as we could NEVER talk to a human to see what the issue was with the missed appointments. Currently, Sears only uses AI, which is extremely troublesome for their customers. As stated above, Lorenzo remained calm & understood our position during our rant which was so appreciated. Lorenzo went to work on the dishwasher and discovered that the part that was ordered from a previous repairman's appointment 3 weeks previously, was not the only one that required replacing, therefore, he had to order another which required another appointment. We were a bit apprehensive, but Lorenzo came through, called to setup a date and time to return and within 20 minutes of his next visit, the dishwasher was working perfectly. Finally!! On a side note, regarding the no-show appointments, 3 days prior to the appointments, we received a text and email everyday reminding us of the upcoming appointments (including the day of the appointments) and then no one showed up!!!
